Integration Utility Advanced

Cloud Connect enables Studio to communicate with middleware (like Zapier) to help you create integrations with other software without having to use custom programming.

There are three main functionalities:

Cloud Connect can post data (per contact) to any endpoint that accepts JSON/Form/XML. Use cases include (but are not limited to) adding a contact to a CRM, sending a voice call through Twilio, and adding a contact to a call queue.
Cloud Connect can capture data as a webhook, and associate it to the contact. This can be contact data, as well as events. Common use cases are capturing form data from a Third Party Website, pushing in events to trigger other things to happen within the Studio workflow, and inbound sms message capturing.
Cloud Connect can be scheduled to update/manipulate fields associated with a contact in a triggered or scheduled fashion. A common case for this is updating a custom field to True when a contact does something on the Microsite or receives a specific outbound.
